La Bolsa de Cereales de Entre Ríos junto a la Cámara de Productores Lecheros de Entre Ríos (CAPROLER) llevaron a cabo el pasado martes una \u00abTeleconferencia sobre el mercado lácteo\u00bb, a cargo de integrantes de la Bolsa de Comercio de Rosario. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Se dio inicio a la jornada con las palabras de bienvenida del Presidente de Bolsa de Cereales de Entre Ríos Sr. Federico Solari a los productores lecheros e industriales presentes, para dar lugar al Presidente de CAPROLER Sr. Bernardo Berruet que introdujo a los presentes sobre la temática a desarrollar la cual focalizó sobre la posibilidad de avanzar en la elaboración del contrato que permitirá fijar un precio de referencia de la leche.<\/p>\n

En ese sentido, el dirigente de la Cámara de Productores de Leche de Entre Ríos (Caproler) Horacio Mihura valoró la posibilidad de contar, en el futuro, con un precio “pizarra”. El sector tambero busca sellar con la industria un contrato lácteo para fijar plazos de entrega, calidad, precio y condiciones generales. A su vez, destacó la importancia de poder contar con un precio referencial “de entidades sumamente serias y transparentes como son las Bolsas”.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
